Xute has a complete company organization. With the capacity of a special R&D Department, advanced manufacturing equipments and technology and talents with rich experience and innovation spirit, Xute can always “consider customers’ want, meet customers’ need ”in new product development and manufacture and always can provide the most rapid and effective solution to customers.
To improve the company development, in early stage Xute planned to adopt ISO9001：2008 Quality Management System and now has been certified. All the products have passed Security and Environment Protection Test Standard of American and Europe. Now, Xute is working on the ISO14001 Environment Management System.
Located in Jichiling Industrial Zone, Dalingshan Town, Doguan City, close to Guan-Shen Highway, back by Dalingshan Ecology Park, the traffic is very convient and the environment is quite beautiful. The floor area is about 20036 square meters and the building area is 18000 square meters, including two workshop buildings, one office building and one dormitory building. Other building area is 2036 square meters. All buildings are separate buildings.
Xute provides its employee wonderful working environment and garden-like facility. For office or management staff, every 1-2 staff share one room; for operators, 6-8 staff share one room; if a couple both work in Xute and employment time over 3 months, Xute can provide the couple workers with a special couple-room as humanism care. Each room has installed air conditioner, separate bathroom and rest room and balcony.
The factory has complete entertainment facilities. Every evening, TV show and DVD play in dormitories. Basketball group, Library and activity space for table tennis and chess have been set.
Dining Hall has good sanitation condition and serves three dishes and one portion of soup to staff for each dinner. Filter water dispenser has been installed in each workshop and each floor and dormitory, And according to season and weather condition, different kinds of tea are served.
After working in Xute over than one year, the staff can be awarded double salary in the end of year and other welfare and bonus.
